A woman decided to spread her father’s ashes onto Progressive Field during Game 2 of the World Series between the Cleveland Indians and Chicago Cubs.
The scene unfolded Wednesday, as one fan witnessed the ordeal:
Some woman literally just walked up and threw a handful of her father’s ashes towards the field.

She said excuse me, pulled out a pill bottle, dumped her father into her hand, reached through the railing, and threw him into the wind.

The biggest issue, though, was that the wind was howling in Cleveland as a storm approached.
It appeared as though the woman didn’t factor in the weather, and it didn’t go as she expected.

It’s unclear whether she was an Indians or a Cubs fan, but either way, both teams haven’t been in the World Series for years, making it a special occasion.
