Not only will Martellus Bennett be wearing a new jersey this coming season, he’ll also be sporting a new number.

The Green Bay Packers’ new tight end – who wore No. 88 with the Patriots last season – asked fans to vote on Twitter for his new digits, and revealed the results on Sunday.

Nearly 125,000 votes were cast, and No. 80 won the poll with 30 percent of the vote, beating out 84, 85, and 86.

Legendary Packers receiver Donald Driver previously wore the number 80, so it appears Green Bay’s fans are welcoming Bennett with open arms.

Packers running back Ty Montgomery currently sports No. 88.
