Inter refuses to pay for Rodrigues clause

Italian media reports suggest that Inter will not pay the release clause for Ricardo Rodriguez, offering only 15 million euros plus bonuses.
It was reported this week that Wolfsburg Switzerland international has agreed a move to the Nerazzurri, as sporting director Piero Ausilio met with his agent in Milan.

Given that he has a release clause of 22 million euros, it was assumed that the Nerazzurri will simply activate that in the summer.

However, it is reported that Ausilio is not willing to pay this fee, as is providing only 15 million euros plus bonuses for the left-wing defender.

While Rodriguez is thought to be keen on a move to Inter , although there are also English giants like Arsenal and Chelsea.
